About this video, Alli writes:
In this video, I share a few simple things I did to makeover my rental bathroom with sustainability in mind. I can't paint in this house, and I didn't want to buy a bunch of stuff that I wouldn't use in a year when we move. The result? A cozy and functional space featuring some repurposed items from around my home and a few new second-hand purchases.
Here's what I did to update this dated rental bathroom:
- I hid the shower with a tension rod + shower curtain.
- To reduce clutter, I removed the old open shelves.
- I brought in some plants!
- Lastly, I brought in a mirror to hang over the sink to make it feel more like a vanity & focal point. I like that I can still open the window when the mirror is up, but it's nothing too permanent!
