Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items on sale, are final sale. If WallyGrow runs a sale after your purchase, we are not able to apply the discount to your previous purchase.
We do not refund shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for shipping & handling. We highly encourage you to obtain tracking for your return. You will be refunded once we receive your return.
