For rainy outdoor applications, you can simply drill a single small hole no larger than 3/8" in the bottom of the planter basket to drain any excess water.
Don't worry, the water is designed to drain quite quickly through the watering channel (you will want to water at a swift and steady pace - fill to the top of the watering channel). After you water, you can go 1-2 weeks until you will need to water again. For more information on watering you can reference our tips for watering.
Note: If installing on stucco, a point to consider is that you will leave a permanent hole. The install method on stucco will be the same as if you were installing on brick; you can find the guide here.
The bracket is meant to fit snug to the wall. When installing, we recommend hand screwing the screw into the wall instead of using a drill to prevent over torquing or stripping of the anchor.
In 2015, we did a recall on all of our brackets, as we began to see failure after 2 years. We worked with our design team to recreate a new bracket with a 15-year lifespan. If you believe you have defective brackets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo of one bracket (front and back), number of planters, color, and full shipping address.
We recommend traditional potting soil with our products. We can’t guarantee the success of Leca.

The Loop, as well as all other WallyGrow planters, can be hung on a variety of surfaces, including, brick, concrete, wood, drywall, fencing, etc.
The Loop has an inner shell with holes that allow the roots and soil to breath, as well as allowing any excess water to drain into the outer shell.
No, you can water the Loop while it's still hanging on the wall.
Water directly onto the back felt panel so the soil can soak up the moisture before it gets to the front panel.
It is not necessary; however, it is purely a cautionary measure to protect your walls from any excess moisture that may get trapped.
The Pocket is 100% leakproof as long as it is used properly.
Yes, the pockets can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The Eco and Pocket planters can safely be sprayed out and washed like normal. We recommend air drying and not stacking until completely dry. Eco planters are 100% dishwasher safe (we recommend top rack). For mineral buildup, we recommend using a shop vacuum.
Pro tip for the Pocket: Vacuum any build-up out of the felt by saturating the front with water, then skimming the surface with a flat nozzle attachment.
Yes. While WallyGrow recommends using the hardware that is included, we understand that certain applications will require different hardware. The Eco uses a #8 1 ¼ flathead screw. Note: The use of washers or round head screws will create excess tension between the bracket and basket; these items will damage the Eco and void the manufacturer's warranty.
WallyGrow planters can safely hold up to 30 lbs. An average fully planted Eco weighs between 6 and 10 lbs. Planters should be hung high enough to prevent children from hanging or pulling on the baskets.
Yes. We offer both wholesale and traditional trade discounts. In order to qualify for a wholesale account, you must be an established retailer with an active resale license. In order to qualify for a trade account, you must be an established installer, landscape architect, or interior plantscaper with an active tax ID number.

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Any orders outside the contiguous USA will be charged dependent on what shipping option is chosen. We ship orders Monday – Friday via UPS and USPS. We currently ship to 176 countries worldwide.
International orders will be sent duties & taxes prepaid through UPS. These fees will be the customer's responsibility to pay at the time of checkout. The duty and tax calculation is guaranteed which means you will never be asked to pay any additional fees to receive your order. The price at checkout is your price.
