Good to have received the 3 brackets I ordered. They seem to break easily if you put too much weight on them. Between the soil and water (all very necessary for plants) the weight is too much for the brackets. After all they’re plastic..? Also, I ordered 3 brackets but only Got screws and anchors for one. Good thing I have screws and anchors myself. Kind of funny when you only receive the hardware to hang one of the 3 I paid for.

I just repotted this beauty into a new planter and will train it up the trellis. I'll send a new pic in a few months. Below is a lipstick plant very comfortable in it's Wally Eco. The planters are so easy to use. Watering is a snap and so is mounting them. These are indoor under LED lights in NYC.
Customer service is very responsive and easy.

I bought this 2 years back so this bracket looks different and has the old brand name Wooly Pocket. It looks the same though. I bought 12 of the planters with these hardware. The planters are great but a number of these hardware just couldn't take the weight after a period of time and got ripped of from the screw.
